Weight Loss Progress
I've started watching what I eat in the past week but yet I have been weighing myself every morning. I don't know if that's a good thing or not but I've been recently looking at weight loss products that I could purchase to help the weight loss go a little better. One thing that I am thinking of doing is going back to weight watchers. I might actually join online too instead of going into a meeting just because my life is busy and I don't have time to go to one. It's something to look into though for me to do. I want to lose the weight the healthy way and not by just starving myself or using a weight loss pill. That is my last option...just kidding but seriously I want to lose weight and keep it off for as long as I can. I have a lot of like new pants in size 14 and I'd love to get back down to that size. Might not happen by the summer but you never know right?
