Trying to Quit Smoking?

I know a few people who are desperately trying to quit smoking. They've even gone out and purchased an electric cigarette to help them out. I've heard several people say that they are expensive but well worth the money. I guess for the couple of people who are using them or used them loved them. They still felt like they were smoking but really they weren't if that makes any sense at all. I guess I am very lucky to have quit that years ago and remain healthy for the most part.
