Free Photoshop Elements Effects

Back when I had my CS3 I downloaded a bunch of free actions and effects to use in it. But when the program started to lock up my computer I decided to get Photoshop Elements. I'm so glad I did. Basically you can do the same thing on there as you can with CS3. So the other day I got this idea in my head to go online and do a few searches for some free effects and this is what I came up with. Hope you enjoy them!

• 720 Free Plugins and Filters (this one is a trial and error process)
• 70 Photoshop Actions (not sure if they would work in elements or not.)
• Pioneer Women Actions (this is where I got the Color Booster)
