Christmas and More...
This Christmas was very busy for me. I guess because it was the fact that this Christmas was spent at my parents house where we live now. Then the fact that Olivia got a load of presents from both Santa and everyone else. But honestly we all celebrated the Birth of our Lord, Jesus. When asked what Christmas was all about to Olivia her first response was "Presents", then I would ask her again and her answer was always "Baby Jesus' Birthday!" We had a good day and a good time opening presents, taking naps and I sent Olivia off with her daddy around 11am and got her back around 4pm. It was a great day. That evening before dinner we all gathered around and took a family picture because we don't know if we will ever get another one again with my grandparents. I'm going to take some new photos of my parents as well and that will be good. They really want some of just the two of them. I got a lot of money and it was so nice.
Yesterday I went out to Raleigh and went shopping at Crabtree Valley Mall. I even got my new lens for my camera. I got the 50mm F/1.8 II lens and I love it. It's so sharp and crisp! Yeah! Some other things I got is from my new favorite store, Ann Taylor Loft; I found some great deals in there and then found a party favor and set for Olivia's birthday in April for 75% off. I was going to have her party at McDonald's but I figured that for the same amount of money I can have the kids over at our house. It would be nice too for the kids to be able to play outback and have some party games and what not. Lots of fun! Then I found a Vera Bradley Tote for only $31. Another stop that we made was to Fuddruckers, and to Target and the last place had my best find yet at a Goodwill Store. I found a $400 Coach Purse there for only $20 all because it had a little tear on the bottom that was easily fixed with a needle and some thread! I love my Coach purse too. Now I've got to figure out what I want to use first, the Vera Bradley tote or the Coach purse. LOL. I guess I'll make that decision later on. But I know it's authentic because of the Serial number. :) I'm so excited about this find! Ok Enough about that. Last night I went out with my friend Tonya and we had a blast. I went to Raleigh with Robin and that was great too.
There are some things that I am going to be working on today but that's about it. Nothing new. Might put some things on craigslist for sale that I can get rid of now that the Christmas season is over. ;) I hope you all have a great day and here is a picture of my brother, Richard, Amanda and Keali. :) Hope you enjoy it!
