I talked with a representative from an instant win game that I played and confirmed who I was. She stated that she could overnight some paperwork to me but she also emailed me the paperwork as well to fill out like an affidavit, and w-9 form and have the affy notorized and send back within 10 days. I am planning on having the item notorized tomorrow and send it back to them in the mail. Then I will be receiving a nice Bose New Acoustic Wave Music System II. I can't wait. Now I don't think I will get it by Christmas but it would be a nice one to receive. So we'll have to wait and see:)
