Weight Watchers!

I have officially started with the Weight Watcher's Program and I have found that it's not so hard to count the points but I am still feeling a little hungry and not filled up. For lunch today I had some Onions and Zucchini, a Lean Gourmet Grilled Chicken and 1/4 cup of rice. I did good. It was all healthy and good all in one. :o) I have even started getting my mom into it as well.

I know this is going to be a long journey for me but I need to do this for me and for Olivia. I want to be able to run around with her without getting out of breath. It's something to look forward to doing and I have several people that I know doing the same thing. thank you to eeryone for their support!!! I really do appreciate it! It keeps me going and that's what I need.

Today is so nice outside. We are finally getting the much needed rain to help out all the plants, trees and grass outside. I didn't feel like watering my grass yet although it somewhat needs it. I am to lazy to go out and set it up.

  1. The rain has me soooo tired! I'm still in my PJ's and it's 5pm. So, there's really no reason to get dressed now! LOL!
