Today I am feeling a little better. I have noticed that the medicines are getting my stomach in an uproar lately and I have noticed that since I have been taking the prednisone and keflex that I have lost weight instead of gain it like I normally do. I'm not complaining one bit on that end considering that weight loss is what I am shooting for. Last night for dinner we ended up going to Pizza Hut because Pizza Inn was so busy and I still didn't eat as much as I normally do. Whew! I'm glad of that. We then went on over to Kmart to pick something up for Terry and then over to Walmart to pick up some groceries and a couple extra things we needed like a new scale. I picked up a digital one made by weight watchers because it looked like it was made well. I have also started a new weight loss journey website that I will post on the side in a few minutes.

As you might have noticed I finally have changed my blog title picture. I am so happy that I have been able to do so because it needed a new face lift. :) Thank you to Blogger for going to the new beta instead of the old one because this one is much better. Tonight my parents are going to watch Olivia for Terry and I since he has his MRI in Wilson. Thank you so much for being able to do so because it means the world to us that you are able to spend time with her. Also Happy Anniversary to my parents for being married 31 years. The only reason I know how long they have been married is because they waited 5 years to have children after getting married. So I always can tell when I turn a year older each year. Anyways, that's besides the point. Tonight I have no idea what we are going to have for dinner. I guess I'll make that decision on how soon we have to leave to take Olivia to my parents house and then head on off to Wilson. I'm glad that we were able to get him in 30 minutes earlier than expected because he has a hard enough time walking at night and in the cool air. The weather last night was horrible but I made it through getting groceries with a very cranky 3 year old.

Well I be going I have to make a phone call in about 10 minutes so I better be going.

  2. The new banner is neat.

You might try probiotics to help with your gut if you are on the antibiotics. Antibiotics kill the good and the bad bacteria. You can get tablets at natural food stores (just ask for help) or you can buy some of the DanActive Immunity yogurt drink stuff. It can really make a HUGE difference.

Hope the weight loss journey goes well. I know how challenging it can be. I used to weigh 395 and now I am down to 185. It is tough!!
