Three Lollies-All Natural Products for Nausea

This week has been very trying to me. As you know Monday I had to go pick up Livy from daycare because she was sick. She was also running a pretty high fever of 102 degrees which is not normal for her at all. I took her home and gave her Motrin and a few crackers and she was ready to go down for another nap. I am so glad that she does have a set time that she will go down for naps, it's much nicer that way. Sometimes we do fight with her in taking them but what we do is we let her either watch a little Sesame street or we read a book from the Library and then put her down. At daycare though she eats lunch, goes potty and then takes a nap. Sometimes her teacher, Ashley, tells me that she plays or lays there and sings instead of taking a nap but at least she resting.

Tuesday she woke up feeling much better. I was so relieved too that she got to go back to daycare. Yes! Well Tuesday wasn't real eventful for me. I took some money out of my AIM Fund to pay for some bills and also registering for a class at the college. I will be glad when I am finished with school though! It seems like it's taking forever to finish up but I will take my time too and not rush things either. I don't want to miss out on anything I guess. Well around lunch time I went to the bank to deposit the check and they wouldn't deposit it because it had my dad's name on it (even though it was countersigned by him). I was so irritated too. No One should ever have to wait like that but oh well. I told my dad what they said and he said that was plain stupid!!! Well dad went ahead and gave me a check for $1400 and was going to deposit that check into his account. Stupid though. When I went home from work, I had to pick Livy up from daycare and also go home and get dinner started and get ready to go to the Mary Kay Meeting. Well I didn't make dinner and I fell asleep before I could even go to the Meeting. Oh well, theirs always next week.

Yesterday was a good day I guess. Nothing really happened and that's nothing new! I just wish it was the end of the week instead because I am so waiting for the weekend to come. Even though we are still in the Heat Wave, I want to maybe head over to Jim's house and go swimming. It will be very relaxing for Livy and I to hop in the pool. Again, Terry has to work another weekend. He worked yesterday and last night and then he's off today until tomorrow night. I really wish he could have at least one weekend off so that we can do something together. Yeah like that's ever gonna happen. I don't mind him working on the weekends but when he has to work just about all week too then that's when I have a problem. Oh well, I can't do anything about it. Terry also said that he has to work on the 15th which is the day that he and Daniel are supposed to go to the Poison Concert. I bought the tickets way in advance for his Birthday and gave up mine so that he could go. I really wanted to go to the Rascal Flatts concert again this year but it doesn't look like I'll be able to. Oh well, it was meant to be I guess.

Well today I still don't feel like doing much but I am going to have to. I sometimes get off track when Dad is gone from work but I'm going to have to focus I guess. I need to go ahead and make some placements! I've got several things to do but just don't feel like doing them. I need to pick up the pace and do them but with it already being so hot out I dread going outside. It's going to be 99 degrees today with a heat index of 115 degrees. Oh well, I guess we will be finding some activities for us to do while its so hot out! We are in a Heat Advisory Warning today too so we have to limit how much time we can spend outside. Fun for the kids at daycare.

I also think that Livy is really ready for nights without her diapers. Last night she woke up around 2am and told me she had to potty. I was so proud of her when she really did and that calls for a big surprise this weekend! I don't yet know what it could be but we'll figure it out later on. She might get a toy or something like that. We also might head to the Library again to pick out new books. We have already read over and over the Curious George Books she liked so I guess we'll get a couple more. We'll have to see though. I've got to find nighttime training pants that don't feel like diapers. She's getting ready to fully be trained!! Yes! She will get a big gift when she finishes up.
