I can't believe it's already Wednesday. Wow! Well I've been doing a lot of thinking but that's not a bad thing either about my Mary Kay business and I have decided to go back down to part time while I'm in school. I have a very difficult course this semester and well I already have my hands full which isn't a bad thing at all. It just means instead of watching T.V. at night I need to be studying instead. I am also going to recheck out the books that Livy has out with the library so that we can finish reading them. Yesterday evening when I picked her up from daycare she was in a pretty good mood, although it looked like she had some chocolate so of course she was hyper. Well when I was opening the van door (its automatic with a click of a button), she wasn't looking where she was going and ran in to it as it was opening. She now has a nice huge goose-egg on her forehead. She didn't cry which surprised me but then again she's a tough little girl and doesn't cry much over things like that. When we got home we put some ice on it for as long as she could stand it and gave her some motrin for the pain. I'll keep a check on it to see how she's doing with it. She just has a headache I'm sure.
Last night we went to Chili's but the wait there was going to be long so we went to Lonestar instead. Of course I had plenty of leftovers and come to find out Tuesday Nights are kids eat free night, so you can't beat that! I love it when we only have to pay for the adults because every penny that can be saved is better for us. Anyways, after dinner we went to Shoe Carnival to look for some shoes for Terry and then we went to Wal-Mart to pick up some groceries. Instead of getting regular milk for me I decided to get Rice Dreams Milk (which is organic, is made with rice and is very healthy). I also got several things that were organic just to try and see if I can get on a better diet (I don't need to eat all the junk food anyways and I need to exercising more often too.) This morning we got up and Livy got a shower since she was out like a light bulb last night when we got home. She stood there and let me wash her and then she was ready to get out. Today she has been very cranky so I'm hoping that bump on her head hasn't done any damage. We also ate some bagels for breakfast, and had some of the Rice Milk which she has fallen in love with. The only true reason I wanted to try the rice milk was because I have an allergy to regular milk and to soy milk and am lactose intolerance. So when I try new things I want to make sure that I'm not going to react to it. Thankfully I didn't so now I know what I need to purchase for me. YES! I'm glad that I can drink something healthy.
Tonight for dinner we are having hotdogs with a whole wheat bun and maybe some veggies and fruit. I am also going to have to purchase some more of the rice milk because I might bake some muffins today. Just depends on what I can get done. I still have to finish doing my homework and finish up the mei-tai that is almost complete.
