Hillsong United's Empires Album Review & Giveaway!

Have I ever told any of you that I love listening to Hillsong and Hillsong United? We first started listening to Hillsong back in 1998 and we fell in love with the songs that they sang. We fell in love with several and even tried to sing them in our church for the youth group, but at the time we just weren't allowed to. It was too risky. Too contemporary for the Southern Baptist Church that we belonged to. But now a days, we go to a Church of God of Prophecy church and we worship the Lord with songs sung and written by Hillsong United! We listen to them in the car, have their albums and even have many of their DVD's. Yes, we are that obsessed with them and their praise and worship music. This new album by Hillsong United is no different! Empires is an amazing album and it hasn't left my CD player in the 4Runner or in my MacBook Pro. Some of my favorite songs off this album has to be Here Now, Say the Word, When I Lost My Heart To You, and Even When It Hurts. I have listened to those songs over and over because they have meaning to me in some way or another. Here are all the songs that are on the album:

I have to say that I think this is an album in which I will be sharing with many people who love Hillsong United as well. I'm even more excited to know that they are going to be in Greensboro, NC on July 27th this year! I hope that I can go see them on tour this summer!
