Homemade Brownies from Scratch Recipe
Something that I have been trying to work on is making things homemade food wise because it's only fair to us as a family. Plus I don't like a lot of the preservatives in the boxed brownies. I was scanning pinterest and came across a recipe that is quite simple. I of course felt it was too easy to make. Now I need a mixer to mix it for me. My mixer though was Olivia as you can see in the picture below.
Now for the recipe...
Ingredients: (Dry)
2 cups of Sugar
1 cup of Flour
2/3 cup of Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Wet Ingredients:
4 eggs, beaten already
2/3 cup of Oil (we used canola oil)
2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl first, then add the wet ingredients in and stir well until blended. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan for 25-30 minutes. Let cool and then serve. They won't last long at all!
Now enjoy these!!!
