Kylie Minogue: The Abbey Road Sessions Album Review

Have you ever hear of Kylie Minogue? I have from years ago and have fallen in love with her work! She's a great singer and songwriter and one of my favorite songs she sings happens to be "Locomotion" and "Can't Get You Out of My Head."

On November 6th she released an all new album called "The Abbey Road Sessions" which hit all major retailers including Amazon, iTunes and Amazon (Deluxe). This album features 16 classic Kylie tracks, all re-imagined and re-arranged, many with a full orchestra. Includes previously unreleased track "Flower" and brand new Nick Cave vocal on classic duet.

The album features many of Kylie's best-known hits including "I Should Be So Lucky", "Can't Get You Out of My Head", and "The Locomotion." Nick Cave also re-recorded his vocal on the famous 1996 duet "Where The Wild Roses Grow" especially for this album. Across all 16 tracks one thing becomes very clear - stripped of her high end pop production, the emotional resonance of many of Kylie's songs has never been clearer, nor has her voice ever sounded better!

Here is a list of the tracks on the album:

  1. All The Lovers
  2. On A Night Like This
  3. Better The Devil You Know
  4. Hand On Your Heart
  5. I Believe In You
  6. Come into My World
  7. Finer Feelings
  8. Confide In me
  9. Slow
  10. The Locomotion
  11. Can't Get You Out of My Head
  12. Where The Wild Roses Grow
  13. Flower
  14. I Should Be So Lucky
  15. Love At First Sight
  16. Never Too Late
You can follow Kylie on Twitter and also you can check her out on Dancing With The Stars on November 13th and on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on November 14th to perform "The Locomotion." Check out her Facebook page as well!
