Fall is almost here! Yay!

I'm so happy that fall is almost upon us! I feel more inclined to go outside and walk or run to help keep up with the weight loss that I am working on. The one thing that I love is that in the evenings it's cool enough to walk and not burn up a sweat with just walking to the mailbox and back. The summer is nice but it's nice to get a cool down that we will have this weekend. The one thing that I have been doing is I've been suppressing appetite by drinking water and by chewing on gum. Another thing I've been doing is eating fresh apples that you can get in a bag like at a store that sell fresh picked apples. Almost like you get when you are in the mountains and you stop by a roadside stand. I remember doing that when I was growing up and we would go to the mountains for the weekend. Those were the days but we also weren't several hours from the mountains either. I plan on continuing my weight loss plans and want to be at least to a weight of where I am happy at. I'm not going to starve myself though and will keep it healthy to a point. Lets see where I will be in a year. :)
