The Healthy Way to Lose Weight!
I've been unable lately to go workout at the gym but I plan on going back in the next couple of weeks. I know that I won't be able to run but I will be able to use the treadmills and the elliptical as well. I need to start back up on losing weight the healthy way as well. I have checked out looking at natural supplements for weight loss but I have figured out that I would get just as good if not better results trying to lose it by eating healthier and maybe trying out a few other options that I have tried as well in the past. I lost 30lbs earlier this year and I want to lose another 30-50lbs in the next year. :) I want to look hot by next summer or at least be healthy that is.
