Quick Weight Loss

When I first started working out I was really hoping and praying for a super quick weight loss but then after I started to workout and to realize that losing the weight too quickly would have a toll on my body. I would like to take my time in losing the weight without damaging my body and immune system. I want to do this the right way and not do this the wrong way. :) I can still snack but just not that much and with the right snacks I will continue to lose this unneeded weight that I have with me. :) I'm already 30lbs lighter so I just need to keep on the right track and lose the rest of it. :)
