Today is our 3 year Wedding Anniversary and it's hard to believe that it was 3 years ago when we did our vows at Rock Creek Baptist Church in Nashville, NC.

Well here is a little bit about our wedding day and the rehearsal dinner. On Friday, September 12th we all met at the church to set up the gym and also to get things in order for the wedding. It was raining or misting that day and we had several of our bridesmaids and groomsmen coming in from town and or coming by to help set up the church. Well I looked at Terry asking him what time it was trying to figure out where Robin was because she still hadn't gotten to the church. I didn't have her cell phone number with me because she never gave it out. Well I don't know what time it was but I got a phone call on my cell phone saying it was Robin and that she had been in an accident. I couldn't believe that it was happening. I was never a bridezilla (to my knowledge I wasn't) and well I asked her where she was. She told me she was on Pleasant Grove Church Road, and that she was waiting for the Highway Trooper to come. I had given her the correct driving directions but due to one of the signs missing she took the wrong exit. So she drove around, turned around and was heading back into Nashville when she came around a sharp curve doing about 75 mph and crashed into a trailer and also hit another car. I was so surprised when I got there and couldn't believe Robin wasn't hurt. She had a hurt arm but that was about it. So glad because her Sentra was totaled. Anyways, mom and I went to Lee Nails that afternoon and got a manicure and pedicure done and of course we were fashionably late to the rehearsal at the church. Then after the rehearsal at the church we all went over to Oak Level Club and had an excellent dinner! It was BBQ Pork, Beans, Potatoes, coleslaw and lots of other things. A good ole Southern Meal! Friday night, MaryEllen came into town and so did

On Saturday morning we got up early, went to Food Lion for some breakfast treats then headed over to Blora to have our hair and makeup done. :) Thanks Mom and dad for that! We had a great time there. Well then my sister, Aunt Susan and I left to go back home only to find out that Elizabeth had my mom's key's so the other girls couldn't go anywhere. Go Figure! She ran them back to my mom and I got a few things ready to roll at home and then it was off to the church to begin to get ready. I couldn't believe that I was going to get married in a few hours. Well the time finally came and Terry and I were married by Rev. David Pope and it was official. We had a great time and Doris Riggs catered our wedding. The wedding went perfect and I was so happy to finally be Mrs. Terry W. Greene!!

Maybe in a couple of years Terry and I will go to the Caribbean to have a real honeymoon, since we were evacuated from Atlantic Beach on Wednesday, September 17th. Oh well, it'll happen! Oh yeah, Happy Birthday to Scott too! He's 25 today!
